  • Any other information you voluntarily provide during a project discussion or service relationship.

3. How we collect data

We collect data directly from you when you complete a form, create or use an account, save a project, communicate with us, or request a service.

Some technical data is collected automatically when our systems receive and secure your requests.

4. Why we use personal data

We process personal data based on your consent where required, to take steps at your request or perform an agreement, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate operational interests where permitted by applicable law.

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare service proposals.
  • To schedule and manage consultation requests.
  • To create, verify, secure, and support user accounts.

  • To maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and comply with legal obligations relating to our services.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. This cookie is necessary for account and Web Builder functionality.

We use browser local storage to remember your language preference. We do not currently describe the site as using advertising cookies.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We may share only the data reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the website and services, such as:

  • Website hosting, infrastructure, database, and security providers.
  • Email delivery providers used for account and service messages.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps protect booking forms from automated abuse.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights and security, or connected to a business reorganization.

We do not sell personal data. Providers are expected to process data only for the services they provide and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

7. International data transfers

Some service providers may process or store data outside Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we will seek to use appropriate safeguards and follow applicable PDPL transfer requirements.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Retention periods vary by record type. Data may be securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, unless continued retention is legally permitted or required.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including password hashing, secure session tokens, access controls, rate limiting, verification procedures, and encrypted transmission where available.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Subject to the PDPL and its implementing regulations, you may have rights to:

  • Be informed about the legal or practical justification and purpose for collecting your personal data.
  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy where applicable.
